My primary focus revolves around two key property investment strategies: Buy-To-Let properties and Houses of Multiple Occupancy.

I acquire these properties below market value, refurbish them, and then refinance, allowing me the means to fulfil my commitments to my private investors.

I'm the operations manager for a fast-growing independent estate agency based in Lincolnshire. I have vast experience in property lettings management (over 200) and mortgage and insurance advice. In summary, I'm very passionate about property and finance.
